Happiness X jobs

I see today many people unhappy because they are unemployed because of the crisis that Brazil is facing a relentless attempt to "get a job" as the saying goes, as if it was the main point to become happy again, there comes to me in the head a few questions I do when I see people employed making some absurd against your happiness, since it is the job that make them happy, such as: anxiously await the clock to 6 pm to leave running the company as if it were a horror center, I 'il see making them soft body during working hours so that the time pass faster, I see them wasting paper clips, energy, water, toilet paper, dirty the workplace as the next day needed not be there again, and more absurd also encourage colleagues to do the same trying to create a legion of angry against the regime fueling gossip !, when they are unemployed ask for the love of God to obtain employment again.
How much irony, as waste of time the company invested to hire, train and fire, how unjust and senseless misery was felt for so long, often taking reflexes home to family and friends through meaningless complaints too.
Whenever I see someone in need of a job desperately comes to mind some questions you should ask before starting to seek employment; In that profile fit in me when I am employed? I am unhappy because I am unemployed or unemployed because I "am" when I'm unhappy employee ??
There is no separation between happiness and Employment, we can not be unhappy in a place where we spend a third of our lives, there is no separate, so before you start looking for a new job review their concepts and change your professional profile, then the next interview someone asks why you left the previous job and you answer it was cutting staff or reducing frame, you do not fit more in the current profile that companies seek.
